We designed the HopYacht 30 catamaran with the aim of taking stress out of sailing, by simplifying many aspects of traditional yachts. The HopYacht 30 is designed for couples (or families with young children). The vessel is easy to sail short-handed and is perfect for coastal packages or sailing from bay to bay. The HopYacht30 also has de-mountable hulls and fits two standard 40′ containers, so she can be shipped easily. She is also designed with the same beam as a typical 35-40 foot monohull, making berthing easy and also saving on mooring costs.
The HopYacht30 has only one sail, making sailing relaxed and easy. Owners can add an asymmetric spinnaker as an option. The cabin, saloon and cockpit are all on one level with great interior flow and light. The galley is integrated into the under-cover cockpit and the forward cabin has a queen sized island bed.
The HopYacht30 is equipped with electric sail drives to be more green, and reducing noise.
